Angie and Sandy are absolute lifesavers. Amazing problem-solvers, they have helped me with fast, creative solutions to so many challenges. From extensive filing after an international move, to finding dog walkers in multiple cities, to plant care, to returns and errands, even helping me with my driving phobia, Sandy and Angie have been efficient, effective — and fun. Highly recommend.

The team at BTR is amazing! I’ve been on heavy activity restriction throughout my pregnancy and we moved back into our house after a remodel a few months ago. Basically I had a lot to do and very capacity to do it. Sandy and Angie have unpacked boxes, hung artwork, assembled baby stuff, organized spaces, and run many, many errands. The physical and mental space they have helped create in my daily life has made a huge impact!

Helping me with an emergency move-out clean.

Helping me make a realistic Ikea shopping list, including taking measurements of my new space, and keeping me on track so I could focus on buying items that solved problems I *actually had* in the present moment. (Seriously — I left that Ikea trip with ONLY items on my list, except for like one extra houseplant. Never happened before or since!)

Helping me think through how to lay out my kitchen for maximum usability — like what to put in which cupboards and drawers — given what I had and how I cook and use my space.

And then “little” but totally vital stuff like going through the thought process with me about whether I should keep a new kinda-spendy laptop bag I bought, or return it and continue using the old less-good one.

Anyway all this to say: Better Than Robots not only solve stuff you didn’t even know you needed help solving, they’ll help you figure out what the problems that need solving ARE. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Working with Better Than Robots is an absolute pleasure. Sandy and Angie are kind, enthusiastic, and committed to helping people slay their task dragons. Their creative problem solving skills left me feeling less overwhelmed, and more optimistic about being able to stay on top of things moving forward.

When life gets crazy, the hardest part for me isn’t finding time to DO the thing, it’s the mental load of thinking/planning the details. And BTR is really great at both the *thinking* AND the *doing*. I had an emergency and dropped everything. I told Angie to keep my life/household going while I was in the hospital. She didn’t need hyper-specific instructions, she just noticed what needed to be done and did it! Highly recommend.
